This grant applies only to the authorized recipient identified in Pleesh's delivery record for the Snotic Self-Hosted early-access package supplied with this document.

Pleesh grants that recipient a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free right to:

  • install and operate one instance of this release on one server the recipient owns or controls;
  • use that instance for the recipient's own operations and to manage WordPress sites the recipient is authorized to host; and
  • make reasonable backup and disaster-recovery copies of the supplied binary distribution.

There is no software charge, subscription activation, or seven-day software expiry for this release. This grant does not include Snotic Managed, server operation by Pleesh, managed backups, infrastructure, an SLA, or support unless those services are agreed separately.

The recipient may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or make the core Snotic application available as a standalone product to another party. No source-code access, trademark licence, or right to use Pleesh or Snotic branding outside ordinary operation of the supplied software is granted. Rights that cannot lawfully be restricted are unaffected.

Third-party components remain governed by their own licences, as identified in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. In particular, Snotic Site Exporter is provided under GPL-2.0-or-later and is not restricted by these core application terms.

This grant terminates if the recipient materially breaches these terms and does not cure the breach after written notice. Copies retained solely for recovery must remain protected and may be used only while this grant is in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this early-access release is supplied "as is", without warranties or service commitments. Nothing in this document excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit Pleesh to exclude.
